On 22-23 March in Dublin, Ireland, Lithuanian Minister of Foreign Affairs Linas Linkevičius is participating in the informal meeting of EU Foreign Ministers (Gymnich).

The EU Foreign Ministers will discuss the situation in Syria, including the arms embargo on Syria, the EU relations with regional organizations aiming to enhance their cooperation on crisis management, democratization and conflict prevention.

The meeting will also discuss the European External Action Service (EEAS), the review of the EEAS two years into its operation, and areas of potential improvement.
